Task One:
Spelling
We have spelling happening again this week. In
class we have done your ‘tooling’. Test your words every night and be ready for
a spelling test at the end of the week.
Task Two: Current
Events
If you are on Current Events any time this
week (see the timetable on the board in Rm6) please be prepared, complete the
tasks outlined in the Current Events scrapbook and return the book to school
the next day ready to discuss with the class.
Task Three:
Reading
Please take your reading book home every
night and read for at least 20 mins each night. Be sure to have your book at
school each day also.
Task Four: Poetry
We now have one week until our class
Eisteddfod poetry recital will be taking place. Last week you chose your poem.
This week you need to be practicing and learning your poem. You will also need
to research and write your introduction. This needs to be completed by Friday
and you will need to be prepared to present next Monday June 22nd.
Task Five:
Writing
You need to find a piece of music that makes
you feel a certain emotion, find it on youtube and be ready to present it to
the class. This will be used to help us in our writing. Your music might make
you feel happy, sad, angry, relaxed, excited, nervous...
