Task one: Eisteddfod Singing
You now have a copy of the
marking schedule for our Eisteddfod this term – singing. This year I am happy
for you to have backing support of some kind (music track, friend support
singing, someone playing an instrument etc) but you must be organized early. Look
carefully at how you are being judged as you work on your song. Choose your
song wisely, keep it simple and easy to sing. Pick something ‘catchy’!
Task
Two: Te Reo Karakia
You each now have a copy of our
Karakia for meal times. Please memorise this…nice ones for people who can
recite it accurately in front of the class by the end of the week!
Task
Three: Prayer/Karakia à
Kahn and Michael
Remember to get creative with
this and bring some things from home to add to our display and Prayer/Karakia
activities.
· The prayer display must include:
1.) A bible 2.) Candles 3.) Appropriate prayer cloth 4.)
A Crucifix or cross.
· Prayer time must include a
different form of prayer each day. Examples might be:
-Thankyou prayers – Prayers for
the world – Hope prayers – Meditation – Compliments – Singing – Prayers with
pictures – Our Father –Hail Mary – Rosary – Scripture – Poems –Other readings
· On top of these things you can be
creative and have fun leading us!
