Homework Term Two Week Nine

Task one: Eisteddfod Poetry

We will be presenting our Eisteddfod poems to the class on Thursday. Please continue to practice and prepare. Take notice of the marking criteria and make sure you’re on track. Ask Mr Yeoman asap if you have any issues or questions.

Task Two: Current Events

Normal routine this week, check on the board for the timetable. Put in the time and effort and thinking to be well informed about your chosen article.

Task Three: Spelling

Task Four: Reading

Please spend at least 20 minutes each night reading your book. Remember to also bring your book to school every day to read.

Task Five: Maths

Times tables grids for those who didn’t complete theirs in class on Monday. One grid each night in your homework book please.

Notices & Dates

-       We start Ice Hockey and curling this Tuesday June 28^th. We also have sessions on Thurs 30^th, Monday 4^th July, Tuesday July 5^th, Wed July 6^th, Thurs July 7^th.

-       Public library visit next Tuesday July 5^th.

-       Student lead conferences Tuesday July 5^th and Wednesday July  6^th.

-       School poetry Eisteddfods Thurs 7^th July .

-     ODT Writing competition entries dues on July 8^th.
