Aquatics clothing essentials

We've already discussed this in class and it's all on your equipment list but I've just had another email reminder from our aquatics instructor. He had this to say:

"...we need to make sure that the list from Glenys about what to bring is followed to the letter.  Good shoes that won’t fall of when swimming are important, a wetsuit is a luxury and is nice to have but a windproof jacket (nylon parker) is essential.  Everyone should have this jacket (wetsuit or not) as it keep the wind off you when wet (wind-chill).  Thermals for under the wetsuit are also great.  Remember, the water is still really chilly."

Please make sure you have all these things packed. See you on Monday morning.
